A month starts on the day you pick or the day we have your brief, whichever is later.

Design month (prepaid). Up to 15 hours of design across any service we offer: a menu, a flyer, a banner, template changes. We log hours on each request and tell you what’s left in every reply.
Social graphics month (prepaid). Up to 12 finished posts and stories, one month.
Both are one-time payments. Buying more than one? They run back to back, each its own 30 days.

What a request looks like
You email
“Need a Saturday-market flyer, letter size, logo attached, text below.”
We reply
“Got it. About two hours. You’ll have a draft in a few days. 13 hours left this month.”
What isn’t included
Unused hours expire when the month ends. They don’t roll over. Hours waiting on your feedback expire too.
Printing, ad buying and posting aren’t included. Big builds, like a whole website or a brand kit, are better as their own packages; ask first if you’re unsure whether a request fits.
