  • Requests by email; hours logged and reported in each reply

Not included. Unused hours expire at month’s end, no rollover. Printing, ad buying, posting. Large builds fit better as their own packages. Nothing renews by itself.

Never in the price

  • Printing, proofs and shipping. Your printer bills those.
  • Platform plans, domains, hosting, stock photos, fonts with a paid license. You buy them in your accounts, at cost.
  • Label text and regulated claims. You supply them and confirm them.
  • Media buying and posting.
  • Trademark searches.

If plans change

Before we start: full refund. After we start but before your first concepts: we keep 25% of that item’s price (minimum $50) and refund the rest. After your first concepts are sent: no refund for that item. If we can’t do the job, you get a full refund of that item. Refunds go back to your card through Stripe.

Orders over $15,000, or work that doesn’t fit a package, go by quote. We reply with a fixed price in writing. Nothing is charged until you accept.
