Terms of Service

By checking the boxes at checkout and paying, you agree to these terms. “We” and “us” mean Willy Designs. “You” means the person or business placing the order.
1. What you’re buying
You’re buying the packages on our price list, as described when you ordered. Each package lists what you get: the deliverables, the number of revisions and the file types. Anything not listed isn’t included.
2. Files only
We deliver files, never printed goods. Printing, proofs and shipping are billed by your printer, not by us. Colors can look different on screen and on press, so order a printer’s proof before a full run. You approve the final file before it’s printed. We aren’t responsible for printer errors.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. If any sales tax applies to your order, it will be shown before you pay. You pay in full by card on Stripe’s secure page, and we never see your card number. Orders over $15,000 are by written quote only. A quote is a fixed price written down; nothing is charged until you check out.
4. Timelines
Timelines are usual times, not promises. For example, first drafts for stationery, menus, signs, ad sets, print sets and label variants usually arrive in 5 to 7 business days, and first concepts for logos, guidelines, labels and landing pages in 7 to 10 business days. They’re counted from a complete brief, and they depend on how fast you give feedback and on printer and platform lead times. Rush work is by quote only.
5. Your materials and text
You give us the text, photos, logos and claims that go into your project. By checking the second box at checkout, you confirm you own or have the right to use them, and that the claims you give us are true. If you give us someone else’s logo, mascot or brand name, you’re responsible for having the right to use it. For websites, you supply the text and photos; we place and style them and can suggest stock photos you buy in your own name. We may decline work that we think breaks the law or others’ rights.
6. Revisions
A revision round is one consolidated set of changes, sent together in one message, within the direction we agreed on. A new direction, a changed brief or extra deliverables isn’t a revision; we’ll quote it or you can add an Extra revision round, $199. Logo design and label design include 2 rounds. Other packages list their rounds. Send revision requests within 14 days of delivery.
7. If you go quiet
If we ask you for something and don’t hear back for 30 days, we pause your project. After 60 days it closes. Anything we’ve delivered is yours; refunds follow the stage rules on the Refund Policy. You can reopen a closed project for an agreed fee. Prepaid months keep their own end date no matter what.
8. Delivery and access
We send files by email or a download link. Links stay available for 30 days, so download and back up your files promptly. We keep your files for 12 months after delivery and may delete them after that. For website jobs, delivery means the site is built and published on your Squarespace or WordPress account, and you’re the admin from day one. Platform, domain and hosting fees are yours. We ask for access through the platform’s own invite or collaborator method, never passwords by email.
9. Who owns what
When you’ve paid in full, we assign to you the copyright in the final files we deliver. Until then you may review them but not publish them. Drafts, unused concepts, and our own tools and templates stay ours; you get a license to use any template that’s built into your deliverables. We show your work in our portfolio only if you say yes in writing. Paid fonts and stock images are bought by you in your own name; open-license fonts and free stock come with their licenses, which we note in your handoff. We can sign a separate written assignment if you ask.
10. Trademarks
We don’t run trademark searches or promise that a name or logo can be registered. If you plan to register a mark, talk to a trademark attorney.
11. AI tools
We explain how we use AI on the AI use page. Work made with AI help may get less copyright protection, so we can’t promise it can be registered.
12. Packaging and regulated text
You supply the label text, including ingredients, nutrition panels, allergen statements, barcodes and any health, organic or other claims. We place and format what you give us; we don’t review it for accuracy or legal compliance. You, or your regulatory advisor, confirm that your label meets the rules for your product before it’s printed. We may decline work for products with their own special rules.
13. Prepaid months
Prepaid. One month, paid once. It ends by itself after 30 days, or sooner when the work is delivered. Nothing renews. If you want another month, you buy it again. A design month covers up to 15 design hours; a social month covers up to 12 finished posts and stories. We log the hours on each request and tell you what’s left in each reply. Unused hours and posts expire at the end of the month and don’t roll over unless we agree in writing.
14. Websites
We design and build on Squarespace or WordPress, in your account.
15. Refunds and cancellations
You can ask to cancel an order by email at any stage. What you get back depends on the stage: see the Refund Policy.
16. What we don’t promise
We don’t promise sales, traffic, rankings, conversions or earnings. Good design helps; what happens next depends on your business.
17. Liability
Our total liability for any claim about a deliverable is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We aren’t liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived, including for fraud or willful misconduct.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes go to the state courts in Brevard County, Florida, or the federal court covering Brevard County, to the extent the law allows.
19. Changes
We may change these terms. The version you accepted at checkout applies to your order. The effective date is at the top.
