Squarespace or WordPress?
Either way you own the account, the content and the login. We ask for a collaborator invite, never your password.
Squarespace.
Easier to edit yourself, and hosting is part of their fee. Fewer things to break. Less room to bend it into odd shapes.
WordPress.
More flexible. Hosting is separate, and plugins and updates need someone’s attention now and then. Good if you expect to grow into booking tools or a larger site.

What you pay separately
Platform plan, domain name, stock photos and any fonts with a paid license. You buy them at cost, in your own accounts. They’re not in our price, and we don’t mark them up.
What we need from you
The words and the photos. You supply the text and the images; we place them, style them and fit them to the design. We can suggest stock photos that you license yourself.
We don’t write copy. If your text isn’t ready, we’ll point out where each page needs it. Also useful: your logo, any brand colors, and a login to the domain.
After handoff we don’t manage the site. A short note on how to edit your pages comes with it.
Have most of the words ready before you send the brief. It’s the single biggest thing that speeds up a site.
