You pay, then this happens
Paying first makes people nervous, and fair enough. So here’s the whole path, with the numbers.
1. You choose and pay
Pick your packages and check out. You pay on Stripe’s page; we never see your card number. Before you pay, you tick two boxes: one for the Terms, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, one saying the material and text you give us is yours to use. Prepaid months are one-time payments, and nothing renews by itself.
2. You fill in a short brief
Right after you pay, the next page asks about your business, who you sell to and what you like. It takes about ten minutes. The link also comes in your receipt email, so you can leave and come back. Packaging, website, social and monthly orders get a few extra questions about printers, platforms, handles and first requests.
3. First drafts
The clock starts when we have a complete brief. These are usual times, not promises:
- Templates, stationery, menus, signs, ad sets, print sets, label variants: first drafts usually in 5 to 7 business days.
- Logo, logo refresh, guidelines, labels, landing pages: first concepts usually in 7 to 10 business days.
- Brand kit, box or pouch, website: usually 2 to 3 weeks to first drafts. A website usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to launch.
- Bundles: usually 6 to 8 weeks overall.
If we need something from you, we’ll ask once, clearly, in one email.
4. Revisions
A revision round is one consolidated set of changes, sent together in one message, within the direction we agreed on. Logo design and label design come with 2 rounds. Other packages list theirs on the package. Send changes within 14 days of delivery. A new direction isn’t a revision; ask and we’ll quote it. More changes inside the same direction? That’s an Extra revision round.
5. Final files and handoff
You get a download link by email. Links stay up for 30 days and we hold files for 12 months, but download and back them up the first day. Print jobs come with the printer spec sheet and handoff notes. Website jobs are built and published on your own Squarespace or WordPress account, and you’re the admin from day one. When you’ve paid in full, we assign you the copyright in the final files.
6. After
Questions about your files? Ask, no charge. A new logo direction, extra pages, a new product label? That’s a new order, and you can add it any time. A prepaid month starts on the date you choose or the day we have your brief, whichever is later, and ends 30 days later or when all the work is delivered.
What slows things down
- A brief with gaps. We can’t start on half a brief.
- Feedback that arrives in six emails instead of one.
- New ideas after you’ve signed off.
- Waiting on your printer’s template, or on your platform login.
- Silence. If we ask you for something and don’t hear back for 30 days, we pause your project. After 60 days it closes. Anything we’ve delivered is yours; refunds follow the stage rules on the Refund Policy.
